All You Can Eat

Last Sunday, we had a late lunch at Hartz Chicken Buffet. We were really famished so going there was a great idea. Babah said they have outlet chains in Jakarta as well...hmmm so far I've only seen two in Kuching, one located in Sarawak Plaza and the other one in Satok. Mama had tried the latter few times but never been to the former. Me??? One time only maaa...long long time ago when I was much much younger...

My New Blondie Baby

Mama bought me a gorgeous baby doll yesterday yipppie yipppiee ai aiii...she can drink water, she can suck on her pacifier and guess wat, she can pee too ehehehe... Mama said it was much cheaper than those two she bought before because the pretty doll is not from Toys"R"Us clan. Tats ok ma, it's the thought that counts right?

Among the three of them, I love the blondie the most...though I'm wondering where did she get such a perfect golden hair...because ... mine is black emmm

Mama explained to me that they are graded in two categories, ie the most popular baby (the one with the highest vote of course) and the most healthy baby (choosen by mr doctor). These are some of the grand prizes (not so grand though) provided...

Lunch @ Korean Steamboat Restaurant

well.. it's Saturday, babah returned from Miri last night & I heard mama told him that he should bring me to see the doctor today for a jab.. Againn?? God I hate this.. like there's no end to it. So I thought if I sleep late I can delay our visit to the clinic, and I did. When we were ready to go.. it was already 11 am

.. I hate doctors..

it's not my turn yet kak.. hehe

When we finally got there, about 11.30 am, the clinic was already closed. Greatt!! Maybe we can have our brunch at a restaurant next door, their mee kari is not bad, and they have delicious mee jawa special too.. but mama had other idea, she said we should try one Korean restaurant at Medan Sentral, or is it Medan Raya? Being new to Korean restaurant or Korean food for that matter, I don't know what to expect.. but upon entering, I couldn't find anything unfamiliar except that there is a stove on each table. So we are in for a steamboat lunch..

babah taught me how to use chopstick.. we managed to finish the food alright.. despite my terrible chopstick skills. Anyway.. we highly recommend the restaurant for everyone to try, of course we are still figuring out what's so Korean about the restaurant, but the owner & staff are extremely friendly and helpful..

Hooorayyy...my dearly babah came home last nite. It seems like ages since the last time I saw babah ...mama said she was not surprised at all coz she can read babah like a book. Really ma??? How I wish I could read babah too ehehehe

Happy Mother's Day

Today is the mother's day...but we just stayed at home because babah was not around uhuhu
I checked some mother's day wishes mama received from her friends and I love this one...

To a wonderful mom...
You may be treated like the maid,
You may be treated like the cleaner,
You may be treated like the day-and-nite care,
You may be treated like the chauffeur,
You may be treated like the list goes on,

But one thing for sure...
You will always be loved,
For a father's work may be from dawn till dusk,
But a mother's work is NEVER over...

I'm sure raising two kids all by yourself (most of the time)
is not as easy as this...

We Miss You Babah...

Babah did not coming back this weekend. He had to attend 2-day course in KL...
I thought weekend should be spent with family :(

Anyway, I'm still waiting for babah to come home...
who knows his course might be cancelled or
he missed the flight...

Last saturday nite, we had a marvelous dinner
at parkcity everly hotel...

with her passing ielts test
plus getting her finishing school paycheck?

turn out that the hotel offered irresistible steamboat buffet,

but it lasted for only 10 minutes...
and he clung back to mama

the caretaker's hands...
